Our Pitted Prunes quality start out with sweet plums picked off the tree at the peak of their ripeness. They are hot-air dried then lightly water steamed to soften during the drying process, this way they aren’t completely dried out and retain some moisture. This makes for juicy and sweet prunes, ideal for both cooking and snacking! Our delicious pitted prunes contain no pits.
